Gingerbread houses should not be just for December, so we made one that changes with the calendar. Molds and a frame shape the walls of a 3-inch (7.5 cm) house, and step-by-step instructions keep the build easy. Then the fun part: a decorating extruder pipes details, while stampers and half-molds add themed trims.

Dress it up for Christmas, Halloween, Easter, St. Patrick's Day or Valentine's Day, or turn it into a doghouse or schoolhouse. A signpost, tree and walkway stampers grow a tiny scene around it.
